FULL AUTOMATIC PLANT

The No-Bake Sand Plant uses chemically bonded sand for mold making. Silica sand is mixed with resin and hardener in a continuous mixer, then packed into molds or core boxes.

The mixture cures at room temperature, forming rigid molds with good accuracy and surface finish.

This process suits complex shapes and large castings while offering strong molds, reduced defects and better dimensional control.
