V-Process Casting Plant
FULL AUTOMATIC PLANT

The V-Process Casting Plant uses vacuum molding with dry, unbounded sand and plastic film to create highly accurate molds.

Vacuum pressure keeps the mold rigid during pouring, while the plastic film creates a smooth mold surface with excellent dimensional precision.

After cooling, the vacuum is released and the mold collapses easily, allowing efficient casting removal and high sand reclamation.
