CFMB Series — Black Part of LFC
A built-in vacuum chamber is provided in the mold box to apply negative pressure (usually −0.3 to −0.6 bar), which improves sand compaction, enhances mold strength, and ensures accurate shape retention during pouring.
The mold box is manufactured from mild steel due to its good strength, weldability, durability, and cost-effectiveness for continuous foundry operation.

CFCT Series — Black Part of LFC
The compaction table line uses heavy-duty clamping with pneumatic cylinders to firmly hold the mold box during vibration, ensuring uniform compaction, stability, and repeatable casting quality.
Heavy-duty vibromotors are used to ensure deep, uniform compaction and proper material settlement throughout the mold.
